Used around the world for centuries, incense has been fundamental in therapeutic, religious and even medicinal practices. But, how is it made? And, what is it made of? On paper, crafting your own may seem a bit daunting. In actuality, all you need is your hands, some kitchen spices, and a little practice for an amazingly simple and grounding experience!
